This studio is a no-glitz, non-competitive nurturing environment. Young dancers don't spend the whole year learning their "recital dance". They learn the various techniques of dance with different combinations each week. Attention to recital choreography is later in the year. The performance company does not compete, but presents several shows a year which include the dancers' own choreography. It's about the process, creativity, imagination, growth & building confidence. Our adult classes are ongoing and drop-in. (Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Contemporary, African, Latin, Zumba...)
Our knowledgable and experienced teachers hold a loving and welcoming space for all.

Children's Classes
Creative Movement Classes (45 minutes; Ages 3-4) in three 12-week sessions ~ $185.00 each plus registration.
For age 5 and over: two 18-week sessions, $280.00 for classes 45 minutes to an hour. $295.00 for classes over an hour.
Discount for over 3 classes and sibling/family discounts.
Fall Registration is $35/$50 for family.
Adult Classes Fees
$20 for a single Jazz/Ballet/Contemporary dance class
$140 for a 10-class card
$15 for single Zumba/Beg.Ballet/Tap class
$120 for 10-class card
$100 for 10 Zoom classes.
(Let us know if you'd like to Zoom. Can be from any state or country!)
Please note: African & Gravity Dance classes are separate registration. Fees go to instructors, Greg Coles, or Betsy Katz.
We offer Creative Dance starting at age 3, and a wide range of kids and adult classes in styles including:
Luigi Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Modern, Lyrical, Tap, Zumba, & African.
Our instructors are highly trained in their various styles, and hold a warm and welcoming space for all.
We are the home of Joppa Dance Co. and Exit Dance Theatre.
